Outer Banks Anglers Club meets the last Monday of each month. 1900 – 2100 hrs. We meet at the Sea Ranch Hotel on the beach road. Dues are $25 per year. Monthly speakers include professional charter captains and local fishing enthusiasts. Great value. Hope to see you there!!

Pirate’s Cove Marina Fishing Tackle Flea Market – “To Be Announced” Typically it runs from 0700 to 1000 in the Pavilion.  The Fishing Tackle Flea Market, is held twice a year, and it brings local, regional, and even East Coast-wide people with their overstock of fishing, hunting and marine related goods to The Pavilion at Pirate’s Cove Marina to sell.  From rods to reels, boats to ATV’s, custom lures and so much  more, the Fishing Tackle Flea Market is the place to shop, or bring your own overstock of fishing and hunting related items.

25th Alice Kelly Tournament – Pirates Cove Marina – Leading up to the Pirate’s Cove Billfish Tournament the ladies get their turn to reel in the Big One! The Alice Kelly Tournament is an annual event the Sunday before the Billfish Tournament.  The 25th Annual Alice Kelly Tournament, held August 10th with registration on August 9th, is a fundraiser event for the Outer Banks Cancer Support Group.  With an entry fee of only $500.00 per boat it is a great way to help out your community and have a great time on the water. This is the place to be when the boats come in. Make sure you are on the dock by 1600 hours for the “best seat in the house”

31th Pirates Cove Billfish Tournament – This tournament, August 11th thru 15th, 2014, is a world-class event and home to the State Record Blue Marlin caught on the 25th Anniversary of the tournament, weighing in at a whopping 1,228.5 pounds! The fishing is great and well as the parties each evening. Tickets go fast so get yours soon.
